time for a change...
For most photographers, setting up a website is one of their first steps. I'm not one to follow the rules so I resisted the whole website thing for a looong time. The thought of spending hours on code and design just sounded like torture to me. My trusty Blogger blog worked just fine, thank you very much.
Well, around the first of the year, I felt restless and thought it was time for a big change. So after spending HOURS on code and design {it wasn't so bad} I'm soooo excited to announce my new website and blog. Please go check them out!

cutie pies {gardendale, al photographer}
These two were so silly. Seriously, I had to force myself not to shake with laughter. We were blessed with a beautiful afternoon and captured some fun images. Thanks guys!

awesome family {mt. olive, al photographer}
This family was so much fun. The two little men were just adorable and totally hammed it up for the camera. And Little Princess was just beautiful. I had a great time spending the afternoon with them!
Is it wrong to be jealous of my client's images? =)

happy birthday {mt. olive, al photographer}
Yes, you've seen this pretty lady on the blog a lot. This is my best friend's little girl and I had the pleasure of photographing her 7th {yes, SEVEN} birthday a couple months ago. Here are some of my favorite images from the day.
I couldn't resist snapping a couple of Little Brother. ;)
And an adorable party guest. {She really did have fun, I promise.} ;)
As a mom who spends hours planning my kid's birthday parties, I had to record this homemade pinata for prosperity.
And someone has reached the "Justin Beiber...AHHH!" stage. I'm so glad I have boys. ;)
Don't forget that JMP offers a party package. Click on pricing at the top of the blog to see details. It's a great way for Mom to enjoy the party and not have to worry about recording all the special moments.
